Software

Overview

The client aimed to own the customer experience and establish industry-leading north star metrics to demonstrate its success.

The work began with extensive user research to understand the needs of the customers and contractors the client interacted with daily. This research allowed us to identify pain points and map out customer journeys for both internal and external users of the client’s customer portal.

I then led the creation of wireframes and prototypes for the portal, playing a pivotal role in defining the visuals and user experience within the Salesforce framework.

The portal’s launch was met with outstanding feedback from both the internal client team and the external contractors and customers.

Salesforce Portal UI Design

The challenge in this project was working within the Salesforce framework and producing a design that was conservative, fit within the brand guidelines and was simple and intuitive enough that the core user base of Lines men and Electrical contractors would be comfortable using it.

User feedback showed that they had little issue using the portal, and greatly appreciated the improved experience and design. This simplified and unified workspace enables them to spend less time filling out applications, provides greater transparency on job status, and makes it easier to communicate progress with their clients.

Software

Overview

Picking up where another designer left off, I was tasked with enhancing the ‘Powerforge’ interface by adding new sections.

Drawing inspiration from the existing design and established branding, I created three new sections for the software. These sections were designed to enable users to generate business cases, download templates and components, and view the backlog of projects currently under development.

The result was highly praised and played a crucial role in successfully selling multiple white-label versions of the software to several large clients.
